Nurses are at the center of a communcations hub that includes patients, doctors, family members, pharmacists and more. Those communications are critical to a facility's operations, staff morale and patient outcomes. Empowering nurses with better, more timely information wherever they are delivering care is vital in any kind of healthcare facility.
This Webinar will help IT and medical professionals learn about the reasons healthcare providers (hospitals, assisted living, nursing homes) are deploying nurse mobility solutions from an industry expert, as well as a hospital that has recently reaped the benefits of deploying a nurse mobility solution from Alcatel-Lucent: a quieter hospital, more efficient nurses, and more satisfied patients.
Learn more about:
- How government regulations around patient safety and satisfaction are driving investments in nurse mobility solutions to allow nurses to spend more time caring for patients.
- The components of a nurse mobility solution, and the capabilities you can achieve: integration with nurse call, integration with building systems, and integration with alarms – delivering text messages or voice calls to a nurse's pocket.
- Form factors that work well for nursing's high-energy, high-mobility environment.
- Device management, the apps that run on them, and the security elements required to safeguard data and communications.

As much as people talk about generic infrastructure, the newest workloads can't all be supported by the same type of on-premises cloud.
For B2B vendors, negotiating solely with the client's CIO is a thing of the past. They now have contacts in other corporate departments with their own ideas about the hardware and software they need.
Solid state is here to say and getting more popular quickly. Vendors are in a race to see who can get leadership.
